The “Baku Speaks” Festival invites you to relive the unforgettable atmosphere of Baku in the 1990s and early 2000s!
A time when mobile phones were not always in our pockets, people were closer to one another, courtyards were filled with children’s voices, and music flowed from cassette players. If you lived through those years, get ready for a nostalgic journey and an opportunity to reconnect with the true spirit of the Baku we grew up in.

The festival area will feature retro-themed corners, an art market and exhibitions, as well as interactive zones inspired by the Baku of the 1990s:
