After her husband’s death, the domineering Bernarda Alba locks her five daughters inside and declares strict mourning. Beyond the high walls — the heat of the Spanish summer, life, and freedom. Inside — silence, restrictions, and a constant fear of “what people will say.”

But youth cannot stay silent. Desires cannot be commanded to disappear. And one day, something will ignite in this house that can no longer be stopped…
