The play is a heroic drama based on real-life events, depicting the 44-day Patriotic War. The events unfold simultaneously on the front line and in the rear during the course of the war. At the center of the plot are the soldiers fighting for their homeland and the fate of their families. The title “Gulustan” symbolizes both a deep connection to the native land and the sacrifices made for freedom.

The main characters go through the harsh trials of war, struggling between fear, loss, and hope. Alongside battle scenes, the play also portrays the emotional tension experienced by mothers, sisters, and loved ones.

Based on real events, the storyline immortalizes the memory of heroes who rose to the height of martyrdom and highlights the spirit of patriotism.
